A reason to celebrate, not only for CEO Thomas Weller and CHRO Uwe Amann: Harro Höfliger is once again one of the best employers in the German medium-sized business sector. The TOP JOB award is based on a scientifically founded employee survey, in which Harro Höfliger received excellent feedback.
The TOP JOB seal of quality is awarded by the Center for Employer Attractiveness (Zeag) and the University of Sankt Gallen. "We are proud of the trust our employees place in us and of this special award, which is based on an independent analysis and proves our attractiveness as an employer," says CEO Thomas Weller. CHRO Uwe Amann adds: "The results of the survey are a valuable impulse for our joint development. We will use the feedback to further improve our qualities as an employer."
