Member of the United Nations Global Compact

Harro Höfliger has joined the United Nations Global Compact - a voluntary initiative for the development, implementation and disclosure of responsible business practices. We thus join more than 20,000 companies from over 160 countries that have committed themselves to responsible business practices.

Founded in 2000, the UN Global Compact is the largest and most important corporate sustainability initiative in the world. It calls on companies worldwide to align their business operations and strategies with ten universally accepted principles in the areas of human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption and to take action in support of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Being a member underscores our commitment to sustainability, social responsibility and ethical business practices. We look forward to working with other members of the UN Global Compact to drive positive change and contribute to a better world. In future, we will publish an annual report on our activities called “Communication on Progress”.
