You’re part of the team from the start, you work on real projects, and you derive a sense of achievement. Your apprenticeship is well-structured, practice-oriented, and varied. With our apprenticeship and continuing education program from the Harro Academy, we provide you with close support and thoroughly prepare you for the diverse and challenging tasks we face.

Bike leasing
Muscle power instead of CO₂ – for your commute, daily life, and leisure. At Harro, you can lease a bicycle or e-bike under attractive conditions. Thanks to salary conversion, the monthly installments are significantly lower than for leasing privately, and we cover the fully comprehensive insurance.

Supplementary health insurance
Everyone who has been with Harro for three years or more can sign-up for a company-funded supplementary health insurance policy – and we cover the costs. What’s it good for? Improved benefits for vision aid, dental prevention and treatment. And, after ten years of service, this also includes dental prosthetics.

Working time account
Longer parental leave, caring for relatives, sabbaticals, continuing education, or flexible transition into retirement. With the working time account, you can save up time credit or gross pay. During your time out, you stay covered by social security and receive your salary and pension contributions, and have no insurance gaps.
