Theoretically a good decision. Practically too: In the Harro work-study program, you gain professional experience and combine your university knowledge with practical work in your field. And you work together with experienced colleagues on exciting projects. Besides study programs with theory at the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) campus, we offer a combination of in-company training and a bachelor program [the Ulm Model]. To ease your career entry, we familiarize you with our machines and technologies at the Harro Academy. Whatever you decide: On graduating, you have every opportunity to develop further at Harro.

Bike leasing
Muscle power instead of CO₂ – for your commute, daily life, and leisure. At Harro, you can lease a bicycle or e-bike under attractive conditions. Thanks to salary conversion, the monthly installments are significantly lower than for leasing privately, and we cover the fully comprehensive insurance.

Flexible working models

Supplementary health insurance
Everyone who has been with Harro for three years or more can sign-up for a company-funded supplementary health insurance policy – and we cover the costs. What’s it good for? Improved benefits for vision aid, dental prevention and treatment. And, after ten years of service, this also includes dental prosthetics.

Working time account
Longer parental leave, caring for relatives, sabbaticals, continuing education, or flexible transition into retirement. With the working time account, you can save up time credit or gross pay. During your time out, you stay covered by social security and receive your salary and pension contributions, and have no insurance gaps.
