From work-student to specialist
After completing his work-study program in business informatics, Fabian knew: He was staying! On the one hand, because his job at Harro was secure. And on the other hand, because IT is becoming increasingly important, especially for companies with highly complex products. More specifically: Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) coordinates information and processes in engineering and ensures a structured flow of information between departments. To achieve this, Fabian collaborates closely with various teams like those in the Design department. How does his working day look? Fabian usually doesn’t know that in the morning – and that’s exactly why he finds it so exciting.
