Bike leasing
Muscle power instead of CO₂ – for your commute, daily life, and leisure. At Harro, you can lease a bicycle or e-bike under attractive conditions. Thanks to salary conversion, the monthly installments are significantly lower than for leasing privately, and we cover the fully comprehensive insurance.
Child daycare
Returning to work after parental leave, starting a new job at Harro, and there’s no nursery or daycare place available? We offer our employees the opportunity to care for their little ones, reliably and comprehensively. In a professional child daycare center in Allmersbach im Tal or Backnang.
Children's holiday program
The summer holidays for school kids are long. Through Harro, they can attend supervised holiday programs, explore nature, and make new friends. Supplementary health insurance
Everyone who has been with Harro for three years or more can sign-up for a company-funded supplementary health insurance policy – and we cover the costs. What’s it good for? Improved benefits for vision aid, dental prevention and treatment. And, after ten years of service, this also includes dental prosthetics.
Working time account
Longer parental leave, caring for relatives, sabbaticals, continuing education, or flexible transition into retirement. With the working time account, you can save up time credit or gross pay. During your time out, you stay covered by social security and receive your salary and pension contributions, and have no insurance gaps.
