On his bucket list: International experience. Ole values working at Harro for several reasons: In electrical assembly, he accompanies the entire process to reach a solution and is involved in every step of special machine construction. And if a machine is installed at a customer outside Germany – all the better! Getting to know other cultures and picking up international experience were already top of his bucket list during high school. How does he want to shape his future career? The young electronics technician for automation technology definitely values the career advancement opportunities at Harro. And in his words, the “super collaborative environment”.

Team spirit is important. Like our founder Harro Höfliger, the future mechatronics technician also started out in her garage at home. She still takes things apart and puts them back together in her spare time. Learning technical skills, understanding pneumatic and electrical schemes, connecting components: for Luisa, the job description fits her interests perfectly. She especially likes the working atmosphere: "Team spirit is very important here."

A new role in marketing. Success stories for the "HARRO WHO" campaign, machine videos, impressions of what's happening at trade fairs: Kevin captures it all on film and edits short, exciting video clips from a wide range of material. His position as Media Manager is already his second role at Harro. After his apprenticeship, he worked in contol cabinet construction and electrical assembly. He then turned his hobby into a career and applied for a job in marketing. He likes the change between turbulent days on the set and quiet work at his desk. And as an electronics technician for automation technology, he knows exactly what to focus on in a machine.

From work-student to specialist. After completing his work-study program in business informatics, Fabian knew: He was staying! On the one hand, because his job at Harro was secure. And on the other hand, because IT is becoming increasingly important, especially for companies with highly complex products. More specifically: Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) coordinates information and processes in engineering and ensures a structured flow of information between departments. To achieve this, Fabian collaborates closely with various teams like those in the Design department. How does his working day look? Fabian usually doesn’t know that in the morning – and that’s exactly why he finds it so exciting.

Anything but routine: Sabine works as a technical editor in Customer Service, designs customer training programs, and creates materials for these trainings. What does she appreciate the most? It’s never boring! Each customer has different training content requirements for their teams. And in special machine construction, no two system are alike. There are new developments, as well as innovative technologies and machines. Equally important for Sabine: The pharmaceutical market is growing, and her job at Harro is safe.
