Flexible cartoning
MKT
The MKT cartoner platform demonstrates how processes can be further automated – for example through a cobot for replenishing carton stacks, alongside automated format changeovers. Reduced operator involvement and fewer influence factors contribute to flexible and reproducible production.
Semi-automated assembly
Assembly Lab 4.0
Compact, ergonomic and highly precise: this is the new generation of the semi‑automated Assembly Lab. It is ideally suited for the flexible assembly of medical devices, for example in small‑batch production.
Modular capsule production
Modu-C CS Containment
With an output of 43,500 capsules per hour, OEB 5 containment and extensive additional functions, the Modu-C CS offers an efficient and modular solution for capsule production. The trolley system allows different dosing systems to be used, each matched to the respective filling medium.

Harro DIGITAL
New digital applications create real time transparency into performance, KPIs and OEE data. They help identify the causes of unplanned downtimes and deviations more quickly, and support operators with clear digital guidance at the machine. You can experience these capabilities in action at the Modu-C.
