Forming, filling and sealing of blisters for dry powder inhalers
The MSP - Mid Speed Production - forms, fills and seals up to 2,400 blister cavities per minute. The parallel micro-dosing of powder takes place via a multi-position filling module. Containment can be integrated to protect the operating personnel when processing highly potent active ingredients. Downstream machines for assembling and final packaging of the blister strips ensure productivity in line.
