Assembly
Precision for complex tasks and product diversity
Whether efficient pre-assembly of product subassemblies or in final assembly: We cover a wide range of products with our platforms and process modules. Medical devices such as diagnostics and catheters can be joined as precisely and securely as pharmaceutical devices like inhalers and injection systems. Our portfolio ranges from semi-automatic machines for prototypes and small series to fully automated systems for high quantities. We also integrate aligned feeding and handling systems, as well as modules for filling, labeling, controlling, and packaging. What else sets your perfect system solution apart? It can be quickly configured and set up, and thanks to its modular design, is also the right choice for your new products.
Our expertise
Perfectly aligned system solutions
In focus: Your product
Whether in high-precision joining of inhalers, solid implant syringes or wearable injectors: Your product defines the process. We combine established core technologies, also minimizing technological risk for your innovative devices. We also support you in the early phase with Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) studies to achieve the best process solution.

Autoinjectors
Self-medication for diabetes, pain therapy, emergency care: Autoinjectors are suitable for a wide range of applications. High processing quality and process reliability are essential for accurate delivery of the API dose.
