Sealing
Perfect down to the last detail
Closed or open pouches, one-piece or two-piece systems, with a high-tech filter and a sensor as an “early warning system” for leaks. Despite their differences, ostomy systems have one thing in common: Sealing is one of the key processes. Both for connecting the product layers and for fixing additional elements, such as the skin barrier, locking ring, tab, and filter. Here we use aligned methods, and the sealing quality is monitored in the respective processing step by in-line camera monitoring.
