Oral and buccal films
Small, thin platelets that dissolve in the mouth: Orodispersible or mucoadhesive buccal film strips. They deliver APIs directly into the body through the oral mucosa. While ODFs dissolve quickly, MBFs dissolve more slowly so they are more suitable for higher dosages. Manufacturing of both products is based on transdermal plaster technology. To ensure efficient production of your film products, we bring our expertise to bear over the entire process: from coating and masking the polymer matrix to primary packaging in pouches.
