Precision for every product

Finding the right dosing system faster

Different powders need different dosing methods. But which of the many possible systems is best suited to your product? We answer this question with a lab analysis prior to process design. For initial selection, factors such as particle size distribution, geometry, and flow properties are investigated. Next, we determine the optimal method through filling tests – for example, drum or membrane fillers, dosators, or screw dosers. This method is then applied in all machines along the product lifecycle.
