Video support

If mechanical support is required during a digital service call, this can be provided using either a mobile device or smart glasses. Our service contact is connected via live video transmission to the personnel on site with the machine. They use their device to look "over their shoulder" and guide them safely through the troubleshooting process via voice and live video imaging.
