Remote support around the globe: The Harro Service Portal enables remote diagnostics, troubleshooting, and maintenance in real time. Our experts connect directly to your machine after approval. And, if necessary, you receive on-site support from the local Harro Höfliger Service team.

Video support

If mechanical support is required during digital service assignment, it can be provided using a mobile device or by wearing smart glasses.
