Harro Hungary honored as a “Reliable Employer”
The award for Harro Hungary, based in Debrecen, was presented during the DUIHK’s annual general meeting by German Ambassador Julia Gross, DUIHK Managing Director Barbara Zollmann, and Dr. Ágnes Vörös, Chair of the jury. A total of 18 companies received the designation, which is awarded for three years and is based on a comprehensive, rigorous evaluation process.
For Harro Höfliger, the award underscores the importance of a strong international network in which shared values and responsibility are put into practice across national borders. “For Harro Höfliger, it is of paramount importance to be an excellent employer in the region. We have aligned our strategy accordingly and work every day to achieve these goals. The ‘Reliable Employer’ award is a clear endorsement of this approach for us,” emphasizes Csaba Juhász, Managing Director of Harro Hungary.
A particular focus is placed on the active involvement of employees. “The real credit goes to our colleagues, who actively help shape our corporate culture in everyday life with their ideas and feedback,” says Péter Kanizsár, HR Manager at Harro Hungary. “Our culture is aligned with Harro Germany and we are very proud to represent the Harro values locally.”
Since its inception, the “Reliable Employer” initiative has developed into a recognized mark of quality in the Hungarian labor market. “For us, the award is both a confirmation and an incentive,” says Csaba Juhász. “Our goal remains to create an environment in which people can realize their potential – because they are the foundation of our shared success.”
