Jubilee celebrations at Harro Höfliger

On the first Friday in July, over 1,500 employees from all German locations gathered at the company's headquarters in Allmersbach im Tal for a joint 50th anniversary celebration Perfect summer weather, a wide range of culinary delights, and Giulia Siegel as DJ put everyone in a party mood.

Saturday was dedicated to a summer festival for the Allmersbach community and guests from the region. Visitors could take tours of the production halls, learn about bicycle mobility and bike leasing, and talk to two HR representatives on site about career opportunities within the company. Children enjoyed a colorful program with many attractions and games. One of the highlights at dusk was the torchlight procession on the meadow next to the festival grounds.

In May, a series of events took place for customers, partner companies, and career-minded individuals. Guests could take a journey through the company's history on the premises. Among the exhibits was a 1967 Cartonetta — the complete overhaul of this type of packaging machine in 1975 marked the beginning of the company's history.

The Pharma Symposium featured numerous specialist presentations on the topic of "Next Generation Biotherapeutics: A Manufacturing Perspective," and a Career Day offered the opportunity to take a behind-the-scenes look at a wide range of professions.

Over the past 50 years, Harro Höfliger has grown from a small startup to a leading provider of process and production solutions for the pharmaceutical and medical technology industries. With around 2,200 employees worldwide, the company generated sales of approximately 420 million euros in fiscal year 2024.
