New Assembly Lab 4.0

With the Assembly Lab 4.0, Harro Höfliger presents the next generation of its semi-automatic assembly machine. The new version builds on the strengths of the previous models and combines them with targeted further developments.

A key advantage is its more compact overall design: The Assembly Lab 4.0 can therefore be integrated more easily into existing production environments. At the same time, it achieves an output of three to four products per minute, corresponding to an increase of around one product per minute.

Ergonomics have also been further developed. Seated operation ensures comfortable working conditions. The assembly processes have been improved as well. An optimized servo press and the newly positioned force transducer ensure even more precise results.

Like its predecessors, the Assembly Lab 4.0 is suitable for the flexible assembly of various devices, including autoinjectors, pens, and needle safety devices. Thanks to individually adjustable batch size, it offers numerous advantages, especially in the early phases of clinical trials and in the production of small batches.
